Marcin Masecki presents “Boleros y más” – Latin American sounds in the form of a classic piano trio. The subject of the auction is an autographed vinyl version.

Marcin Masecki spent his childhood in Popayan, a small town at the foot of the Andes in Colombia. Later, while studying in Boston, he met Candelaria Saenz Valiente, a girl from Buenos Aires. They got married. Half a century earlier, Masecki’s grandparents met in Buenos Aires – his grandmother was the daughter of the director of the Polish Bank, and his grandfather was forced out by World War II.
The album “Boleros y más” is a special vinyl edition with Marcin Masecki’s autograph. The musician presents a set of his favorite Mexican boleros, Venezuelan waltzes, Brazilian choruses and Argentine tangos.
About the #OneDayDłużej campaign – we play for WOŚP
The Gazeta.pl campaign for WOŚP was born in 2019 and it was not a happy time. The 27th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra was the first in which there was no smile and pride in helping children or the elderly until late at night. The celebration of goodness, one of the greatest social events in Poland after 1989, was interrupted by the tragic events in Gdańsk. The mayor of the city, Paweł Adamowicz, was mortally wounded on the WOŚP stage.
Then we decided: let’s finish the finale next Sunday, let’s defeat evil together. This idea is still valid, although for several years we have been finishing not a week, but the next day after the WOŚP finale.
The goal of the 32nd Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is “Lungs after the pandemic. We play for children and adults!”. The money collected as part of the #OneDayOver auction will go to the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. We also invite you to watch live on January 29 in the evening, during which we will end our auctions. We hope that there will be plenty of emotions and people willing to support the campaign.
