“Baby boom, or Kogel Mogel 5” is another film from the cult series of Polish comedies. “Piotru¶ – together with his wife, mother-in-law and Leopold – moves to a new home: a historic manor house. And Marlenka decides to find a suitable ancestor for the family, matching the elegant residence… Agnieszka, in turn, makes a career at the university, but right after defending PhD student suddenly discovers that she is pregnant. And when little Kuba is born… problems begin! – we read in the plot description.

Piotruś, who accompanies his sister during childbirth, begins to dream of becoming a father. Marlenka seems to be most terrified by this fact. In turn, Marcin, who has just become a father, cannot stand the pressure, panics and disappears. As if that wasn’t enough, the mysterious Kamila appears in Brzózki. A heavily pregnant girl is looking for Zawada.
Those waiting for the film were surprised by reports that the main characters of the next part of the film were to be Piotruś and Marlenka, and not Kasia and Professor Wolański. Their roles will be crucial in the plot planned for the production. The comedy will hit Polish cinemas on January 26. The first pre-premiere screenings, e.g. as part of Ladies Night organized by Cinema City, will be available the day before.
The main roles in the production will include Katarzyna Skrzynecka, who will play Marlenka, Maciej Zakoscielny – Piotruś, Nikodem Rozbicki as Marcin and Aleksandra Hamkało – Agnieszka. The film is directed by Anna Wieczur.
