New comedy series “Backdoor – Emergency Exit”. Premiere on Friday at Polsat Box Go

“Backdoor – Emergency Exit” is a cycle of ten episodes; each is 22 minutes long and consists of 5-7 sketches played by actors. In production, dir. Sindre Sandemo was performed by, among others, Karolina Bacia, Tomasz Borkowski, Sebastian Cybulski, Katarzyna Kołeczek, Marcin Korcz, Paweł Koślik and Magda Smalara. The main screenwriter is Doman Nowakowski (“Kasia i Tomek”, “Camera Cafe”, “Honey Years”), one of the most experienced comedy scriptwriters in Poland.

Porta dos Fundos, the group behind the “Backdoor” format, is a leading comedy producer in Brazil and one of the world’s leading comedy filmmakers. The channel was launched on the YouTube platform in 2012 as a comedy experiment aimed at creating an alternative to traditional comedy. Currently, the brand founded by Antonio Tabeta, Fabio Porchat, Gregorio Duvivier, Ian SBF and Joao Vicente de Castro has exceeded 17.1 million subscribers and has over 6.8 billion video views.

– The entertainment channel Porta dos Fundos has produced over 2,000 short comedy films during its 10 years of operation. One of the things I’m most proud of is international action, so rare in Brazilian comedy, says Gregorio Duviver. – Porta can boast today that it is known all over the world, just like in Mexico, where Backdoor became the most popular viral in Latin America: the video “Harina” has almost 60 million views. I grew up surrounded by humor from elsewhere in the world, and I’m so glad that global north is also amused by southern comedy, and the exchange works both ways. I am very happy that Porta dos Fundos has been appreciated and that people from all over the world are interested and amused by what we create. I believe humor can be universal, that it can be something that unites us in such a very divided world.

From Friday, December 17, the series will be available in its entirety only in Polsat Box Go, for users of the Polsat Box Go Premium package. It can be watched without advertising on the website and in the application on: mobile devices with Android, iOS and Harmony OS systems, on selected Smart TVs, on Android TV, via Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV, and in set-top boxes. The website also provides Chromecast and AirPlay functions that allow you to transfer the image from your phone or tablet to other devices.
