This Sunday we celebrate the sixth preliminary session of COAC 2024 and seven other groups will take the stage to try to sneak into the quarterfinals of the competition. From 8:00 p.m. various hours chirigotas, troupes and a chorus They will make the Falla Theater in Cádiz vibrate with their particular songs and satires.

‘The Fireflies’ one of the seeded choirs This year they will be in charge of kicking off the show on January 14. In addition, in this session you can also enjoy another of the great favorites since among the troupes stands out ‘The resbalaera, a lifelong troupe’, being one of this year’s seeds after reaching the semifinals last year. This troupe of Nene Cheza and José Luis Zampaña was forged in 2017 with the group ‘Los predatores’ and in 2022, after the pandemic they returned as ‘Los veletas. A troupe for life’ and since then they have maintained the ‘lifetime’ seal to highlight that they are a comparsa that bets on the classic.
