Jakub Mikołajczuk has been associated with Polish Radio Białystok since 2018. A popular and much-loved journalist died suddenly – he was active on social media just a dozen or so hours before his death.
Radio Białystok journalist – Jakub Mikołajczuk – is dead
Jakub Mikołajczuk has been working in his profession since 2002. He started his career in radio, and also gained experience in local television: TV Suwałki and TVP Białystok. In recent years he returned to radio. His love was history and politics – Mikołajczuk was very active in social media, where he ran a popular history profile called Krople Historii under the pseudonym Jacques Nicolas.
On the radio he was a man-orchestra with very wide interests. His friends and colleagues remember him:

He was a reporter, presenter, producer and website editor. A man with many interests, excellent knowledge of history and politics. His knowledge of history allowed him, for example, to predict Russia’s attack on Ukraine. His activity as a propagator of history was widely appreciated, especially on the X platform, where he had many observers who were now shocked to learn about his death.
