A man accused of harassing Shakira did not perform well in court on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.

Daniel John Valtier appeared before a court located in South Florida, and for not giving up his position, the judge doubled his bail, reports Noticias Telemundo.

Valtier, a native of El Paso, Texas, traveled to Florida and showed up at the Barranquilla star’s mansion on Monday, January 8 morning.

He arrived by taxi at Shakira’s residence in Miami Beach and was arrested that same Monday.

The subject has been declaring for months through his social networks that he is the “husband” of the singer, who is the mother of two children, born from a relationship with former soccer player Gerard Piqué.
