Now a statement has appeared on the group’s social media profiles informing about a new member of the lineup. It turns out that he will be the son of the legendary Rysiek Riedel.

– the musicians wrote in a post published on Facebook. The date of the leader’s change was chosen not by accident. It is on this day that Dżem will celebrate its 45th anniversary of artistic activity during a concert at Spodek in Katowice. Interestingly, both Balcar and Riedel will appear on stage, which will certainly be a symbolic moment.

As the singer admits, it is one of the most important songs in his artistic achievements, because the lyrical layer is co-authored by his late father. – One day, by complete accident, I found his note on an old yellowed piece of paper torn out of a notebook. ‘Don’t be afraid, people.
