he rarely allows himself politically current comments on social media. Between information about subsequent books (there are undoubtedly more than 100 of them) and series (“Forst” will be released on the platform), he smuggles in neat insults towards the former and current authorities. In the case of the detention of former ministers and MPs Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik, it turns out that reality has significantly outpaced the fiction that readers may remember from the series “In the Circles of Power”.
Remigiusz Mróz briefly about the detention of Kamiński and Wąsik
Former ministers and former MPs were detained late on Wednesday evening at the presidential palace. This is an unprecedented situation in the world, especially since criminals convicted by a final court judgment visited the president at his invitation and even managed to organize a short press conference before being detained. The absurdity of the scene was noticed by the master of Polish crime fiction. Remigiusz Mróz in the series “In the circles of power” allowed himself to be creative, but he did not come up with such a scenario:
But if I came up with such a scenario for “In the Circles of Power”, everyone would say it makes no sense because it is completely unrealistic – he joked.
As you can see, more and more things are real in Poland – including the arrests of criminals hiding in the Presidential Palace. Many of the author’s fans, however, offer consolation: if similar things appeared in Mróz’s political fiction series, he could be accused of suggesting ready-made solutions to the authorities. And so the authorities turned out to be more creative than the writer.
The title for the new book is already available: “Palace”!
But there has been no kidnapping of the marshal yet…
Jakub Żulczyk didn’t match either!
Jakub Żulczyk was also impressed by creativity in politics
The person mentioned by the commenters also attempted to comment on the intensely political Wednesday. The writer briefly described the whole affair:
Today, the police were chasing around the Presidential Palace the former head of the CBA, who was sentenced to two years in prison and who came to hide with the president who unsuccessfully pardoned him. The former head of the CBA was sentenced to death because in 2007 he was so keen to find hooks against the Minister of Agriculture that he forged documents. This minister of agriculture, in turn, entered politics by spilling grain on the roads, and three years later committed a rather shady suicide. And on LubimyRead, they continue to say that “Once Upon a Time in Warsaw” is an unrealistic book, because the Chechen mafia has firearms and gangsters buy a house in the countryside and commit kidnappings – he summed up.
