The editorial staff of Onet revealed the payroll where leading TVP employees earned extra money during the years of PiS rule. The former presenter was to gain the most from this cooperation, whose pocket was to receive an additional PLN 230,000 in 2023 alone. He received this remuneration in connection with programs conducted on Polish Radio.
TVP stars earned extra money at Polish Radio
Michał Rachoń, who last year hosted several-minute programs on PR24, also benefited from cooperation with Polish Radio. According to Onet, he was to receive as much as PLN 76,000 for this. Stanisław Janecki, the former host of the program “W tyle vizja” on TVP Info, was supposed to earn slightly less, only PLN 54,000 in PR.
Jan Pietrzak, a presenter who spoke on TV Republika about placing migrants in former German concentration camps in Poland, could also count on high remuneration in connection with his programs on Polish Radio. The payroll disclosed by Onet shows that last year he received as much as PLN 38,000.
Onet also revealed the earnings of full-time employees of Polish Radio. Dawid Wildstein, who was the deputy director of Radio Three from 2022, was to receive a remuneration of PLN 30.8 thousand. In turn, Agnieszka Kamińska, the president of Polish Radio, was to earn PLN 31,000. In addition to the basic salary, she could also count on bonuses amounting to several dozen thousand zlotys. According to Onet, in 2022 it was PLN 81,000.
