Tracie gave up unhealthy food in favor of balanced and tasty ones, and she also started moving more. When, after 18 months, she put on a dress that was 6 sizes larger and the scale showed over 30 kilograms less, Steve also decided to follow in her footsteps. – We are each other’s biggest fans and although there are days when we snack a little too much, we encourage each other to get back on track – admitted the woman.

The two of them started eating healthier, and Tracie learned to make healthier versions of their favorite take-out meals, mostly Chinese dishes. There were also regular ones. Mutual motivation turned out to be very effective, as they soon lost over 90 kg in total. They didn’t give up, even when a woman was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022. In addition, in the same year, they both decided to visit the amusement park in Florida again. They also took advantage of a memorable queue that turned out to be crucial in making decisions about changes in their lives. It was a symbol of progress for them. – It was great to come back this year and we were both able to enjoy the trip without feeling tired and hot all the time – admitted the woman.
