A new Netflix documentary chronicles the horrors experienced at a camp for “troubled” teenagers. It’s a story known only to a few like Paris Hilton and Chet Hanks, the son of actor Tom Hanks, who experienced what is now revealed in “Hell Camp: Teen Nightmare” or in Spanish “Infernal Camp: Teenage Nightmare”.
The realization, lasting one hour and 30 minutes, arrived on the platform on December 27, and since its premiere, it has not received good reviews, and there are those who, after watching it, ask others not to “never” do it.

What the Netflix documentary “Hell Camp: Teen Nightmare” is about.
“There was a camp in the Utah desert where they sent troubled teenagers from all over the country. The physical demand was brutal, but the staff was even worse,” reads part of the description of the documentary on Netflix’s official website.
The Daily Mail describes what happened at a supposed “natural therapy camp” founded by a former special forces officer named Steve Cartisano.

According to information published by the British media, in the 1980s, a man charged $16,000 to “tame” rebellious teenagers in a 63-day program developed in the Utah desert.
As punishment, they were tied to trees, forced to carry sacks of fertilizer, their food rations were taken away, they were searched until they undressed and their hair was cut in a military fashion.
The documentary also has an unexpected testimony, that of Paris Hilton. The socialite was part of a similar program identified as “Provo Canyon School,” where she was the victim of constant abuse, as reported by Urgente on the 24th.

“I strongly recommend that everyone NEVER watch Hell Camp: Teen Nightmare.” This is disgusting on so many levels,” mentioned a user on Xu, formerly Twitter.
“What a disgusting documentary”; “I never knew about those “camps”, but there was no way my parents would pay thousands of dollars to send me to abuse and torture”; other comments said.

The production includes images of Steve Cartisano, testimony from his wife Deborah Lee Carr and their daughter Catie. There are also the statements of men and women who at that time went through the “hell camp” in which the death of Kristen Chase, a 16-year-old girl from Florida, was reported, reports Infobae.
“The whole Cartisano family is so horrible! The wife and daughter do nothing but make excuses and worship that monster Steve Cartisan! “What disgusting people,” one user commented. (AND)
