The portal has published a new advertising price list applicable to TV Republika. The station, brokered by Polsat Media, has been achieving many times higher viewership for two weeks, which is the result of changes in the public media, from which propagandists have disappeared, thanks to which trust in TVP has decreased dramatically in recent years.
It is not known whether this is a temporary increase or a new power of television. But the new price list fits the second term more closely
TV Republika, which produced many stars of the then TVP, decided to take advantage of the situation. The first to return “to the motherland” was Michał Rachoń, who immediately got the job of program director of the station. After a few days of his command, Danuta Holecka, who had been an employee of the public media since 1993, started working at the station. However, it gained greater recognition only in 2016.
All this meant that the station’s viewership increased significantly. The previous TV Republika advertising price list, which can be found on the Polsat Media website, states that the rate for a 30-second spot in each band was PLN 550 (net, without discounts). Now it’s history.
Prices for broadcasting the spot have increased even 20 times. You have to pay the most during the broadcast of the TV daily “Dzisiaj”, which runs the above-mentioned. former TVP employee. “PLN 11.7-12 thousand for the issue on Tuesday, PLN 11.1-11.4 thousand on Thursday, PLN 10.8 thousand on Monday, and PLN 10.5 thousand on Wednesday. You have to pay much less for a spot on Saturday or Sunday – rates start from PLN 4.8 thousand,” the portal reports.
It is no different with the station’s other flagship programs. Broadcasting a spot in the “Republika po afternoon” or “Wolne Głosy” bands costs PLN 9.3-9.6 thousand. zloty. During the broadcast of “Journalistic Poker”, you have to pay PLN 8.7 thousand for the spot. zloty. The same rate applies to the “German Press Review”, which is shown just before 8 p.m.
It would seem that the station’s managers are predicting “fat years” for it due to increased viewership. However, due to scandalous statements made by TV guests about migrants, other large companies are withdrawing from broadcasting their spots on TV Republika. Brands such as IKEA, mBank, Adamed Pharma and Otodom have also been joined by the Żabka chain of stores and the company Pyszne.pl, which allows you to order meals.
