Mateusz Lachowski organized a fundraiser for Krystyna Kurczab-Redlich. Last week, a well-known reporter and reporter was robbed. The fraudsters stole PLN 160,000 from her account.

At the end of last year, Krystyna Kurczab-Redlich encountered a sad situation. The journalist was a victim of fraud, as a result of which she lost PLN 160,000. The hackers also posted a disturbing entry suggesting that the famous reporter wanted to end her life. After this incident, Krystyna Kurczab-Redlich informed Internet users that someone had hacked her social media account and stolen her savings. The journalist reported the case to the police.

The fundraiser for the injured reporter was organized by journalist and correspondent Mateusz Lachowski. “Ladies and Gentlemen! A beloved reporter, author of best-selling books about Russia, and privately my friend and simply a very good person – Krystyna Kurczab Redlich was robbed a week ago. Most of her savings of PLN 160,000 were stolen. Therefore, I decided to organize a collection for her. Krystyna agreed, but she is a person who would never ask for financial help herself. Therefore, I personally encourage you to support Krystyna! Any surplus will be transferred to the account of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” he wrote on the website X. . So far, nearly PLN 57,000 has been collected (as of 9:00 a.m., January 5, 2023).

Krystyna Kurczab-Redlich is a well-known Polish reporter and reporter. In the 1990s, she reported on events in Russia for the Polish media and made documentaries about the Second Chechen War. She is the author of the biography of Vladimir Putin “Vova, Volodya, Vladimir. Secrets of Putin’s Russia”, in which she describes unknown facts from his life. She graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University.
