Mushroom water soup. Don’t make this mistake
To soak the mushrooms, use lukewarm, boiled water. Many people make the mistake of pouring boiling water over them. In this way, they want to speed up the entire process and save time. We should not do this under any circumstances, because hot water causes the mushrooms to lose their taste and aroma and become hard. The effect will be the opposite of the intended one, because it is aromatic mushrooms that we want. Some species soften after just an hour, so you just need to check their condition regularly.
