Larry Sellers is dead. The role in “Dr. Quinn” brought him popularity

Larry Sellers died in Pawhuska, Oklahoma on December 8, his sister-in-law Loring Abeyta said.

Sellers, an actor and stunt performer, has appeared in film and TV projects such as “Life Goes On”, “Lightning Rod”, “Wayne’s World 2”, “Beverly Hills 90210” (as Szejen and Sheriff Al Whitefeather – two guest appearances ), “Crazy Horse and” The Sopranos “(as Professor Del Redclay).

His best-known acting role was the role of the Dancing Cloud in the CBS hit “Dr. Quinn”. This role, which he played in 1993-98, earned him an Emmy nomination.

“Larry Sellers was the true heart and soul of Dr. Quinn. His presence was magical, mystical and spiritual,” wrote Jane Seymour who played the title role on Instagram. The actress added:

I am lucky to have had all these wonderful years together. We will all miss him. My tender thoughts go to Larry’s family and friends, may his memory be a blessing to all of us.

The actor had Osedhiv-Cherokez-Dakotan roots. He also worked as a North American Indian consultant. He was a national specialist on this subject at the Newberry Library Center for the History of the American Indian in Chicago. Seller orphans five children.
