Cheesecake from a bucket that always comes out. Grandma’s recipe is foolproof. Everyone asks for more

Apart from poppy seed cake and apple pie, cheesecake is a must-have on the Christmas table. Fluffy and moist, it always disappears first. My grandmother told me a recipe for a simple cheesecake made from a bucket that doesn’t fall.

Who doesn’t love cheesecake? Even if our bellies are full after dinner, there will always be room for more cake. There are about 1,000 cheesecake variants in the world. The most popular ones include New York, Basque and royal. Most people, however, dream of a traditional cheesecake made of cheese in a bucket.

The easiest cheesecake that doesn’t fall? Recipe for a quick cheesecake from a bucket

My grandmother shared the recipe for a fluffy and moist cheesecake with me. She wrote it in a notebook centuries ago, so it has been in our notebook for years. The dough is prepared very quickly – you only need 10 minutes to prepare it. What will you need to make the cheese mass?

  • 1 kg of ground cottage cheese from a bucket,
  • 4 medium eggs,
  • 200 g of butter,
  • 3/4 cup of sugar,
  • 1 sachet of vanilla pudding.

Also prepare the ingredients for the shortcrust base. You don’t have to do it if you don’t want to, because the cheesecake will work even if you only put the cheese mass into the baking tray. Some people, however, cannot imagine a cake without a base. So it all depends on your preferences.

  • 1.5 cups of wheat flour,
  • 120 g of butter,
  • 100 g of powdered sugar,
  • 2 yolks,
  • Pinch of salt.

Very fluffy cheesecake from a bucket step by step. This is the most delicious cheesecake in the world

Start by making the bottom. Cut the butter into cubes and put it in a bowl. Add flour, powdered sugar, egg yolks and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and knead until uniform. Wrap them in cling film and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes. After this time, remove and place on the bottom of the baking tray. Now it’s time for mass. Put a stick of butter into the pot and heat it up. It should dissolve completely. In a bowl, mix the cheese from the bucket, melted butter, sugar, pudding and eggs. Grandma separates the yolks from the whites, which is what makes the cake so fluffy. He puts the yolks directly into the bowl, beats the whites until stiff and then adds them. Mix everything at low speed. Place on a baking tray and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees C, top-bottom. Bake for 50 minutes.
