1. Joffrey Baratheon (Game of Thrones)

2. Ramsay Bolton (Game of Thrones)

If Walter White seemed cruel to you, Todd Alquist takes the prize. He appears simple and innocent, but commits some of the worst crimes in the series. He is played by Jesse Plemons.

7. Livia Soprano (the Sopranos)

Livia is considered one of the worst mothers on television, due to her constant manipulations, lies and emotional abuse towards her children. The actress behind the character is Nancy Marchand.

Rachel Berry isn’t like the murderers and sadists on this list, but she is still one of the most hated characters in history due to her intense and annoying personality in cheerfulness. He is played by Lea Michele.

9. Caillou (Caillou)

Caillou is just a boy in the series, but viewers find him spoiled, spoiled and mean to his sister.
