According to the findings of Wirtualna Polska’s informant, Holecka was included in the schedule for the next three days in a row, i.e. December 13, 14 and 15. Despite this, the presenter of “Wiadomości” will no longer appear in front of the cameras. Meanwhile, many viewers closely followed the last editions of the program, waiting for the official farewell, which did not happen at all.
According to Wirtualna Polska’s informant, Danuta Holecka was to quietly withdraw from TVP, leaving her colleagues from the “Wiadomości” editorial office in the lurch. “You don’t leave people like that, you don’t treat people like that, like Danuta Holecka does. You recognize people by how they end up. And unfortunately she escaped from the ship. She disappointed us a lot,” Holecka’s embittered colleague reportedly told Wirtualna Polska, stating that the presenter “lacked the courage” to face the inevitable changes.
, but she is still entitled to several months’ notice. “The contract between TVP and Holecka’s company, on the basis of which ‘Wiadomości’ was run, is being terminated now,” the informant said. Danuta Holecka was also supposed to terminate the B2B contract under which she ran approximately 10 editions of “Wiadomości” a month.
