After almost 30 years, Maciej Góraj married his beloved Hanna. According to reports from the ShowNews.pl portal, the ceremony took place on December 9, 2023 in one of the churches in Nowe Miasto in Warsaw. Later, the couple and the gathered guests went to the wedding reception organized in Konstancin Jeziorna.
Góraj’s generous gesture
The couple waited a long time to get married. Before they decided to formalize their relationship, the actor gave his beloved three engagement rings. The first was to be decorated with emerald, the second with diamonds and sapphires, and the third with ruby and diamonds. The couple also ordered impressive jade wedding rings, but did not take them with them from Chicago. So they decided to give each other classic wedding rings during the ceremony.
“Hania and I have been together for 28 years and the church wedding, for which I finally received the church’s consent a few years ago, will be the culmination of our love. Hania is the love of my life, I fell in love with her at first sight because she is good and smart , she has a sense of humor, she is beautiful and she has heavenly beautiful eyes,” said Maciej Góraj in an interview with ShowNews.pl.
Maciej Góraj was one of the most promising actors in Polish cinema of the 1970s. He became famous for his roles in “Polish Roads”, “07 Zgpowiedz się” and “Ziemia Promised Land”. Although Góraj could not complain about the lack of offers from filmmakers, in the 1980s he decided to emigrate to the United States to earn money.
