Michał Wiśniewski is still convincing about his innocence. He announces that during the appeal process he will present evidence confirming that he is telling the truth. The artist may be sent to prison for up to a year and a half and will also have to pay a large financial penalty. He swears that he has fallen victim to injustice on the part of the state.
Michał Wiśniewski returns to Poland from vacation with difficulty. “The worst country I have ever lived in”
Recently, he decided to go on a foreign holiday with his wife Pola to relax a bit. On Instagram, he shared a photo from his last hours during his stay in the Bahamas and made it clear that it is very difficult for him to return to Poland at the moment. In his opinion, our country is simply dysfunctional, and its current situation affects the musician’s entire family.
We are returning to Poland. To the most beautiful country in which I could have been born and the worst country in which I had to live. The only thing I wanted after years of successes and failures was peace outside the window in the form of my wife’s smile. It’s in vain to look for him, although every day he puts on a mask like every woman and lifts my spirits, and I feel fear deep in my heart – she writes in the post.
Later in the post, he recalled the existence of the “presumption of innocence.” He admitted that some citizens of our country had already forgotten about this principle. “I do not live in a state of law in which the principle of the presumption of innocence is the most important. I do not live in a state where guilt must be proven, but in a state where one must defend oneself, and, as you know, not everyone can afford it. A small, malicious man passed the sentence.” – laments Wiśniewski.
He also announced that he does not lose faith in success and will try to prove his innocence until the very end. “I will never forget what is happening. I will fight until the very end because I am innocent. My lawyers are working on an appeal and I am working on a film that will treat this topic uncompromisingly. I need time, but I can do it. Stay tuned!” – he concluded.
