Szymon Hołownia shines in the Sejm
On Wednesday, he invited MP Zbigniew Kuźmiuk to the parliamentary rostrum. Even before the PiS representative spoke, Szymon Hołownia allowed himself a joke:

Zbigniew Kuźmiuk wasn’t that funny. He raised an important narrative from PiS’s point of view about the “freezing” of draft bills in the Sejm. When taking over the office, Hołownia announced that the freezer would not work during his two-year term. Meanwhile, as the PiS MP noted, the bill on loan holidays was not prepared by the appropriate committee because its chairman suddenly canceled the meeting.
One may get the impression that after Mr. Marshal’s assurance that the freezer has been liquidated in your office, such a freezer appears in the hands of the chairmen of parliamentary committees, Kuźmiuk commented.
Hołownia did not leave this issue without comment. He replied that the law on credit holidays could have been processed even before the new government of Mateusz Morawiecki was appointed – during the term of office of the “old” Morawiecki government. Due to the Sejm holidays and the election campaign, this could not be done, which PiS MPs do not mention.
