We all dream. Dreams are sometimes pleasant, but other times they cause anxiety or even fear. Should nightmares worry us? Experts have no doubt that the body wants to tell us something through unpleasant dreams.

In 2022, psychologist Olivia Kuhn studied the impact of dreams on our lives. Nightmares can be so real that they frighten us. Psychologist Olivia Kuhn in the magazine “Dreaming”. She distinguished three types of nightmares. The first type includes traumatic experiences that strongly oppress us and are reflected in dreams. The second type are recurring nightmares, which we dream about again from time to time, but they do not have to be the result of bad experiences or experiences. The last type of nightmares are spontaneous nightmares, i.e. nightmares that appear in our mind when we are or are very worried about something.
