Google’s account deletion will take place in several stages. The first of them will start in just a few days – on December 1, 2023. The first priority will be those profiles that have not seen any activity for 24 months. According to him, only private accounts will be taken into account – company or school accounts will be safe. To prevent our account from being deleted, just perform a simple action. You need to log in and perform any activity. This may be, for example, reading or sending an email, liking a video on YouTube, uploading a photo to Google Drive or downloading an application.
Importantly, Google will inform you that it intends to delete your account. So if we haven’t received any email, we can sleep soundly. We can look for messages on the e-mail address of a given account or on the one we provided as a secondary address in case of problems with logging in.
