The Estopa duo will perform on June 22nd next year at the stadium Cívitas Metropolitan of Madrid and the July 10 at the Olympic Stadium in Barcelonawithin the tour with which they will commemorate their 25th anniversary.
It was the brothers David and José Muñoz who announced it in a video that they published on their X account, in which They are seen walking through both stadiums while they sing their song ‘I went to the edge of the river’. In the same video, they announce that tickets for both concerts will go on sale next November 30 at 10 p.m..
Originally from Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona), Estopa was unveiled in October 1999 with a first album that bore the same name as the group. With songs like ‘Suma y seguir’ and ‘La raja de tu skirt’, Estopa managed to sell more than 2,000,000 records, a record for a debut group in Spain. Since then, they have published a dozen albums, the last of them ‘Fuego’ (2019), with which they commemorated their 20th anniversary.
