The agency of representation of Alejandro Sanz has issued a statement to ensure that the artist “never” has been declared in default and that there is “no” judicial or tax decision that condemns or forces the singer to “pay any amount for any type of debt, nor to seize any of his assets.”

“The information published in recent months stating that a judicial ruling issued by the Miami Courts condemned our client to pay three million euros for a mortgage debt and that, furthermore, said sentence had been executed in Spain through the Court of First Instance No. 47 of Madrid, it is false“says the Seitrack Spain agency.

In this sense, it points out that the sentence that the US fund intended to execute in Spain, “in addition to not being final, does not condemn Mr. Alejandro Sánchez Pizarro for any debt or any other circumstance.”

Likewise, they add that the artist’s legal team presented a written statement of allegations against such actions before Court number 47 of Madrid. Subsequently, the Court decided by final order dated November 20, 2023, to declare his execution “null”, “without the possibility of any appeal.”
