WAH Madrid: 7 Michelin Stars come together to celebrate music in an unrepeatable New Year’s Eve gala

This year it’s time to celebrate the most important dates in style and WAH Madrid has created an unprecedented gastronomic and musical experience for the New Year’s Eve gala: the menu with the most Michelin stars in Madrid. A special and unique proposal to celebrate the arrival of the new year 2022. An occasion like never seen before, to enjoy the most spectacular musical and experiential show in the world along with a tasting menu with 7 Michelin stars and of course, the party at purest WAH style.

Ramón Freixa, 2 Michelin star chef, Paco Roncero, 2 Michelin Star chef and Ricardo Sanz, chef 3 Michelin stars, have created a tasting menu with 18 dishes, exclusively for the occasion. The choice is not accidental: beyond their incomparable gastronomic recognition, the chefs will recreate dishes that take us on a journey through the gastronomic areas of our Food Hall. A special menu together with a special edition of the show, which will elevate the only ‘dinner show’ in Spain to the highest gastronomic level ever seen.

Besides enjoying the musical show that has already become a benchmark for leisure and entertainment in the capital that night the New Year’s Eve gala will include a tasting menu with 7 Michelin stars where chefs Paco Roncero, Ramón Freixa and Ricardo Sanz will cook together to create a unique and spectacular dinner. At 8:00 p.m. the 7 Michelin stars dinner will begin and then at 10:00 p.m. the show will begin. And, to get on the right foot in 2022 there will be chimes and grapes and DJ until 1 in the morning. The WAH gala will be the most exclusive, safe and responsible in Madrid.
