The exception is an official letter, the receipt of which must be certified by the addressee. Unfortunately, the sender is not specified on the notice, so it is not known whether it is an ordinary registered letter or an official parcel. In the case of a shipment from a court or e.g. from a tax office, a registered letter not collected and returned to the sender is treated as delivered (so-called fictitious delivery) and is included in the file with this annotation. During a longer absence from home, it is worth appointing a representative who will be able to collect your letters at the post office.
