Kala is 37 years old and lives in the United States. In 2022, she decided to take on an unusual task and started an independent tunnel under her house. This despite the fact that she had no education or experience in this field. As she admitted in the interview, she learned many activities simply by doing them with little help from instructions, and she started the construction itself just to have something to do. “It keeps me occupied and entertained,” she explained. The creator plans to use it in the event of storms.
He has been drilling the tunnel for a year. How is the work going?
A year has recently passed since Kala started building the tunnel. On this occasion, she published a summary of the entire period on TikTok, in which she showed step by step how everything happened. – I wouldn’t say that I’m worried about the safety or stability of the structure – she revealed, adding that so far only a few very, very minor accidents have happened to her. The recording has been viewed over 6.6 million times and 15,000 people have commented on it.

Internet users’ opinions about the entire project are strongly divided. However, this does not change the fact that the vast majority is full of admiration for the 37-year-old’s perseverance and skills.
