It turns out that the secret to taking care of them is a treatment with hot water and salt. The journalist says she uses it every evening, thanks to which, among other things, gets rid of leg swelling after the whole day.

I love high heels. Mandatory at work, and often after work. They emphasize femininity and lengthen legs. In the evening, when I feel tired, I put my feet in a bowl with hot water and salt. Salt has anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling properties, relieves pain, tension and fatigue. Sometimes I use alternating baths – cold and hot – they are pleasant and very effective.
