is a cult comedy directed by Chris Columbus from 1990, without which many cannot imagine Christmas. The adventures of a blond-haired eight-year-old have been attracting millions of viewers to TV screens for years. Has Polsat included this title in this year’s schedule? We are checking.
“Kevin home alone”. The comedy’s plot has been delighting viewers of all ages for decades
If by any chance you don’t know what it’s about, let us explain. Due to the holiday chaos and time delay, the McCallister family goes to France for Christmas, leaving their 8-year-old child at home. The boy is not particularly desperate about this fact and uses his moments of freedom to do what he was previously forbidden to do. Unfortunately, the luxurious mansion has fallen into the hands of two thieves who want to plunder the valuables left behind. Kevin, however, is not going to make it easier for them and sets not one, but many traps for the burglars.
Will Polsat broadcast “Kevin” on Christmas Eve? The decision was made
The film starring Macaulay Culkin has enjoyed unflagging popularity among viewers for over three decades. Although the production was released in Polish cinemas 2 years after its premiere, it quickly became a hit. However, the first one on Polsat took place only in 2000, attracting as many as 9 million viewers. Since then, “Kevin” has become a Christmas tradition, and when in 2010 it was not included in the December 24 schedule, a scandal broke out. This time the station does not intend to make a similar mistake and, as it informs, the Christmas Eve broadcast of the comedy has already been officially confirmed.
