According to Fakt and Wirtualne media reports, the journalist was to return to work, but it is not known whether he will appear in front of the camera again. “The journalist works remotely and it is not known whether and when he will appear on the show. He consistently does not answer questions about Adamczyk’s fate,” write Wirtualne media.
Informant Fakt reported, however, that the decision not to reinstate Adamczyk as the host of “Wiadomości” was made by the president of the station. “By the president’s decision, he will not be on the air, not everyone is happy with it, but the president has made the matter clear and it is not likely that he will change his mind,” we read in Fakt. The website’s informant also confirms the reports of “Virtual Media” that Adamczyk has switched to remote work. “Michał has been working for several weeks, but he works remotely. He fulfills all the duties associated with being the head of the Television Information Agency.” Fakt also asked Telewizja Polska for a comment on the future of Michał Adamczyk, but the station’s representatives did not provide an answer.
