He has been through four divorces, which resulted in two sons, as well as numerous health problems. The star defeated breast cancer and a brain tumor, and is currently struggling with skin cancer.

Ultimately, the actress withdrew from show business and focused on education. She graduated in German philology and psychology, and currently runs her own therapeutic office in Gdańsk. Privately, she is the mother of two adult daughters.
