Regular hair care with yeast has a very beneficial effect on our hair. Not only do they become stronger, but they also grow more. In addition, yeast promotes hair growth, prevents premature aging and graying, and is an excellent remedy for scalp inflammation and problems with oily strands. Yeast can be used in the form of a rub. You only need a few ingredients for this.

  1. Mix the yeast (preferably a whole cube) with three tablespoons of milk and two tablespoons of castor oil.
  2. Apply this mixture to the scalp, performing a light scalp massage, and then apply to the rest of the hair.
  3. It is important that the strands are dry.
  4. After about 30 minutes, the mask should be washed off.

Another example of a yeast hair mask is the one with honey and natural yogurt. Just dissolve the yeast (about 2 tablespoons) in milk and leave for a few minutes in a warm place. Then add half a cup of natural yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey. The mask is applied to the scalp and hair and for better results it is worth wrapping them in cling film and a towel. After an hour, the mask can be washed off.
