Sharon Stone talks about harassment. The director shocked her at the meeting: I became hysterical

Sharon Stone talked in the podcast “Let’s Talk Off Camera” about her traumatic experiences during a meeting with the director of Sony in the 1980s. The actress claims that she was a victim of sexual harassment.

Sharon Stone recently shared her traumatic memories from her illness in an interview with Vogue. The actress was hospitalized due to a stroke that led to a cerebral hemorrhage. After performing tests, doctors accused her of malingering and wanted to send her home. If they actually did this, the star would have no chance of survival.

Sharon Stone spoke out about harassment. At a business meeting, the company’s director showed her his penis

This time Sharon Stone appeared on Kelly Ripa’s podcast “Let’s Talk Off Camera”. In the conversation, she talked about another unpleasant experience, this time related to working in show business. The actress admitted that she was a victim of sexual harassment.

The traumatic events took place in the 1980s, i.e. a decade before the artist’s memorable role in “Basic Instinct” or the film “Casino”. The actress admitted that the former head of Sony (she did not give his name) showed her his penis during one of the meetings in his office.

“I went to his office. He had this giant low couch, so when I sat down, my knees were to my chin. He was walking around the office,” Stone said. “It’s true what they say about you. You are the greatest. We haven’t seen anyone like you for decades. Everyone talks about you. Look at yourself,” the director allegedly complimented the star.

“I started laughing and crying at the same time, I couldn’t stop, I became hysterical”

However, the kind words towards the young actress did not end there. Stone admitted that at one point the man approached her and said: “but first…”, suggesting that her beauty and skills were not enough to make a career. “He said this and took out his penis, it was literally in my face,” says the actress.

Sharon Stone confessed that she initially reacted with laughter. “I started laughing and crying at the same time, I couldn’t stop, I was hysterical. He didn’t know what to do,” says the actress. The director was then supposed to hide his penis and leave, but the star still couldn’t move. Finally, a secretary appeared and escorted Stone out of the room. As the actress reports, this was not the last experience of this type in the industry that she had to face.

The portal asked Sony for a comment on the matter, but at the time of publishing the article it had not received a response. Sharon Stone admitted in an interview that she would accept an apology from any man who hurt her, but she does not want any of them to ever approach her.
