A surprising letter landed on the desks of the presidents of the management boards of public media companies. As reported by the Wirtualna Polska website, it is related to the announcements of opposition politicians who are planning fundamental changes in the functioning of Public Television.
In the letter sent, the chairman of the National Broadcasting Council “urges to pay special attention to the safety of employees of public media platforms. There is also talk of securing “property used to create and broadcast programs”. These are echoes of increasingly frequent statements by representatives of the victorious camp of the “Democratic Opposition” in the October elections. In a unanimous tone, they announce a number of changes in TVP.
