The summer house made of red brick, the premises of which are distributed over three floors, remains valid and intact after that Albert II of Monaco bought it for about 755 thousand eurosequivalent to approximately US$800,000, and he oversaw its restoration for two years to give it the same touch it had during his mother’s time there.

The prince made this trip after a charity ball he attended with his sister Estefania on the occasion of the centenary of their father, Prince Rainier III, and a few days after his first son Alexandre Grimaldi appeared on the cover of a British magazine.

What is Grace Kelly’s mansion in Philadelphia that Albert of Monaco bought?

The property is located in the East Falls neighborhood, as Ok Diario writes, and has been renovated in such a way that it can preserve the style it had when Grace Kelly lived there and spent “her happiest years.”

“I think after talking to some of my relatives about the purchase, we were clear that we didn’t want it to disappear or for the future owners to transform it in any way. “It is a big part of our family’s history,” commented Charlene de Monaco’s husband in an interview quoted by Spanish media.
