We had the last report in 2022 Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) was accidentally appeared in teenager Kamala Khan’s room (Iman Vellani) in New Jersey. Finally with the premiere of the film The miracles next Thursday, November 9 We will know its explanation in detail what happened to Carol Danvers and the events this accident will cause in the lives of the three heroines, including Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris).

But if you don’t want to wait, We leave you an explanation in advance from Marvel Studios for this diary (and which we can publish)– One of her missions sends Captain Marvel to an anomalous wormhole linked to a revolutionary Kree (Dar-Benn played by Zawe Ashton) and through that structure, her powers align with those of Ms. Marvel and those of her niece at heart, and now SABER astronaut, Captain Mónica Rambeau (Wandavision2021).

The director of the film, Nia DaCosta provided more details about Marvel Studios’ production.

What was it like filming that exchange of places between the three characters?

It’s probably my favorite scene in the film, that first big fight scene between the three heroines, where they switch places and have to fight in three different places: the living room of the Khan family (Kamala’s parents), the space elevator and the Dar -Benn. spaceship. We set up that fight and coordinated it for a long time because it was our first big fight scene in the movie. I planned it in a very specific way.

What is the tone of the film?

For me it was important to create something fun because a lot of things would happen, the story would be quite chaotic and I wanted that to be reflected in the individual characters. The humor of Captain Marvel is not the same as that of Ms. Marvel, because Danvers is a 63-year-old woman in the body of a 30-year-old, and the other is a 16-year-old girl who finally meets her idol. I wanted to make sure all of that was seen, and in doing so, show the warmth that exists between the characters; That was very important to me, the relationship between the three characters. I also wanted to show the relationship between the three heroines and the fact that they are learning to be a family.

What do you think is Brie Larson’s contribution to her heroic character?

The funny thing about Brie playing Captain Marvel is that they both have a similar energy, in that Brie is very determined, just like Carol Danvers. She worked out and made sure she stayed healthy. He took good care of himself so he could do the excellent work he did. And when the other two characters came in, she was a great leader. She was a leader in the sense that she made everyone as comfortable as possible and was always willing to help and support others. She brought that quality of leadership to Captain Marvel and, with the determination to do things right, a lot of freshness (…) The three actresses share many qualities with their characters, and Iman Vellani is no exception and chooses her for the character was very accurate.

And Zawe Ashton?

Zawe is not an evil space imperialist (laughs), but she brought a lot of depth to the character. She loved playing the villain, and because she’s willing to do anything, try anything, it really helped make Dar-Benn a great villain.

What would you emphasize about the production design?

I wanted each planet to have a different atmosphere, and I wanted to make sure the designs didn’t overlap. So when we are in Tarnax, the buildings have a very fluid shape. The background footage for Tarnax was all filmed in Iceland, so the terrain was very specific, with moss-covered rocks and gray skies. For the planet Aladna I wanted it to have sun and color, to be warm and pleasant, like Positano. Then there was Hala, past and present, where I wanted to show a technological city. I wanted to make sure that each of the planets looked very different and had a very different atmosphere, that it felt like you were going to a different country. That was very important to me, both in terms of design and color.

What other elements were built for filming?

A few huge sets because I wanted to have 360 degree sets. I wanted to be able to shoot as dynamically as possible because the film would take place in space, and I wanted to make sure that what was real was actually real and physical. One of my favorite sets is the SABER space station because it is huge and functional. Another of my favorite sets is Carol’s ship. It was exactly how we wanted it, because we were trying to figure out how this woman had lived and how we could reflect that in every part of her space.

What experience do you hope audiences take away with after seeing this film?

I’m so excited for you to see all the creative things we’ve been doing. And the action is spectacular. I think switching places makes it very different and allowed us to do a lot of fun things. Telling a story with that resource was very interesting and fun.
