Carrots also have many benefits. There is no need to tell anyone that it is worth including it in your diet. It usually goes into soup, but also into salads. But carrots also help from the outside. It is especially suitable for oily skin, prone to irritation and acne, but also sensitive and dry. It contains vitamin C and A, antioxidants, supports the regeneration process of the epidermis, and above all, thanks to the content of beta-carotene, it reduces inflammation and improves skin tone.

To make a carrot mask, apart from the vegetable, you also need honey and natural yogurt. Thanks to them, it will also have a moisturizing, soothing and wrinkle-smoothing effect. It does not take much time to make, and the most time-consuming task will be grating the carrots on a fine grater. A small-sized vegetable is enough. After grating, mix it with 3 teaspoons of natural yogurt, preferably thick, and 2 teaspoons of honey. You can add an egg yolk or a pinch of cinnamon to the mixture, but it is not necessary. Mix and apply on . Leave for 5 minutes, then remove excess product with a paper towel and wash off the rest with warm water.
