While Alejandro Sanz continues with the “Sanz en vivo” concert tour, the legal problems for the 54-year-old Madrid native are increasing because of a debt of three million euros, or a little more than three million dollars.
Judge María del Rocío Montes, of the Court of First Instance number 47 in Madrid, decided last June that the singer must pay a sum of millions because he did not pay the loan he took from Total Bank of Florida to buy two properties in Miami.

The proceedings against the artist began in 2019 when the mortgage foreclosure on the said properties acquired in Miami began.
A United States court issued a judgment confirming that Sanz owed $13 million, but the properties were sold for less, leaving three million dollars pending payment.
Since he did not receive an answer from the translator of “Amiga mia”, the court is preparing to confiscate part of his property in order to close the proceedings.
