The resumption of negotiations between SAG-Aftra and the Alliance of Film and TV Producers (AMPTP) leads to strike actors from Hollywood to a decision-making authority. The union representing the artists reported that dialogue with the companies will resume on October 24 to reach an agreement.

According to the union It is the film and TV studios that have requested a resumption of talks. Negotiations broke down on October 11 when the studios claimed the actors’ demands were too expensive.
