Daniel Radcliffe underwent a polygraph examination. He admitted that he read fanfiction about Potter and Malfoy

Vanity Fair magazine creates a series of recordings in which it subjects stars to polygraph examinations. The last episode featured Daniel Radcliffe, Jonathan Goff and Lindsay Mendez. The “Harry Potter” star admitted that he sometimes searched for information about himself on the Internet. He also added that he had read some fan stories from the universe of the famous series. Even those in which his hero romances his opponent, Draco Malfoy.

As part of the fun, the actors questioned each other. Goff immediately asked Radcliffe if he had Googled information about himself on a popular search engine. The Harry Potter actor confirmed this fact without hesitation. “I mean, it doesn’t make sense […] lie, right?” he said, referring to the polygraph examination.

The British actor apparently realized the seriousness of the situation and wanted to avoid a mishap. Jonathan Goff also decided to ask him the next question. He asked the 34-year-old star if he had ever read any fan stories featuring his character. Radcliffe again answered in the affirmative.

Of course, I am aware of that [w twórczości fanów] there is a lot of Harry and Draco matchmaking. So I read a little about it – admitted the star.

However, the actor added that he also happened to come across a story in which he directly appears. Some of them were very strange. In one of them, “he had a special beer brewed especially for him by monks in an abbey somewhere in Belgium.”

In another, his assistant held the scripts in front of a mirror so that the actor playing in “The Lost City” could read them during makeup. – It doesn’t have it […] sense, because I wouldn’t be able to read the mirror image of the writing,” said a laughing Radcliffe. “The list is very long,” he concluded.
