Made on a grand scale, in European style, broadcast on TVP1 and TVP2. The series “Reset” and Sławomir Cenckiewicz was released a few months before the elections and had two seasons. However, everything indicates that this is the end. – as “Presserwis” informs, the series is not on the schedule until the end of October, and there is no point in looking for it at the beginning of November.
“Reset” by Rachoń and Cenckiewicz disappears from TVP?
The series “Reset” became famous for “revealing” PO’s ties with Russia and the “scams” of the Civic Platform during its rule. Produced and broadcast especially before the parliamentary elections, it became less and less popular among viewers with each subsequent episode. It was supposed to show Donald Tusk’s alleged connections with Vladimir Putin and Russia, and probably the most frequently shown frames were the famous “embrace” of the Polish Prime Minister with the Russian dictator and the “nailing of turtles”, taken shortly after the Smolensk disaster. Tusk has repeatedly explained that the photos were selected to manipulate their meaning, but these words cannot be found in “Reset”.
Insinuating that someone had a smile on their face is so disgusting that I have a hard time commenting on it. Everyone saw us – he said in 2014 in an interview with Monika Olejnik on Radio ZET.
In “Reset”, each episode “revealed” further “harmful” activities of the PO. Especially before the parliamentary elections, the focus was on Donald Tusk himself as the main culprit. It did not help – Tusk, together with the opposition, defeated the ruling party in the elections, and the wind of change began to blow towards TVP.
“Reset” was withdrawn from the schedule, and Michał Rachoń, asked by “Presserwis” about the reasons for such a decision, deflected questions to the TVP spokesman. He did not bother to answer “Presserwis” whether we can expect new episodes. It seems that either “Reset” is over for good, or TVP is waiting for the next political decisions in the government.
