Recently, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck became the center of media attention because they mortgaged their dream house in Beverly Hills for around 20 million dollars, a few months after they bought the “Wallingford Mansion” for more than 60 million.

Now, the couple is back on the talks by announcing that they have put their second luxury home up for sale, which is located in the same California city and was even owned by Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman.

The 1.2-hectare mansion was Jlo and Ben’s love nest when they got married in 2022 and bought it for $60 million. It has a traditional and elegant design with a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a spa, an outdoor dining area, an equipped kitchen, as well as a large resort-style living room.
