In an interview with “Rzeczpospolita”, the director notes that the opposition faces a big challenge to maintain power. According to the artist, this involves a change in policy and compromises that will avoid clashes within the coalition. Thanks to this, according to Holland, PiS will not have a chance to quickly return to power.

At the same time, the director of “The Green Border” predicts how members of Law and Justice will behave in the near future. “Of course, PiS will use the coming two months to hide various inconvenient things, burn files and activate further fuses that they have already packed into the law,” says Holland. According to the artist, it is time for the opposition to rebuild the government coalition. “To disarm the frauds of the current government,” she added.

Agnieszka Holland admitted that if the election results were different and PiS gained majority power, she would decide to emigrate. Today, however, she is putting aside her pre-election plans and emphasizing that she is proud of Poles for going to the polls so willingly.
