The jury of the Golden Antennasawards from the Federation of Radio and Television Associations of Spain, announced this Tuesday the names of the new winners of this 2023. laSexta journalist Cristina Pardo has been awarded in the Television Antenna category. In addition, she will also receive the award in the category of Radio Carlos Alsina, from Onda Cero, and in Television the Antena 3 program, El Hormiguero.

The most prestigious and coveted awards for media professionals, which have celebrated their 50th anniversary, recognize the journalistic and technical work of the award-winning professionals. The Federation will also deliver its Extraordinary Athens. The 2023 Golden Antennas will take place next Saturday, November 25 at the Grand Casino of Aranjuez.

Likewise, the ARTVE Federation has decided to grant His Majesty King Felipe VI an Extraordinary Golden Antenna “in attention to your respect and generosity always with the media and in gratitude for the enormous task he performs as head of the Crown of Spain”, as stated in a press release.

Category Radio

In the Radio Antenna category are: Fran Sevilla, from RNE; Carlos Alsina, from Onda Cero; Juanma Castaño, from COPE; Mara Torres, from Cadena SER; Luis Herrero, from EsRadio and KISS FM for his 20th Anniversary.

As for the Extraordinary Antenna category, the gold statuette goes to Eurocaja Rural, in the figure of its president Javier López Martín and María Li Bao, for the 50th anniversary of relations between

Spain and China.

Also, within the framework of the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Golden Antennas, the ARTVE Federation will also render, a tribute to the pioneers of Radio and Television in Spainwith the delivery

of a extraordinary award. For ‘radio pioneers’, Luis del Olmo, Iñaki Gabilondo and José María García are awarded. For ‘television pioneers’, Miguel de los Santos, Carmen García Vela, Natalia Figueroa and Alfredo Amestoy will be awarded.

“They will collect it on behalf of those who made radio and television possible in Spain,” the Federation stated in the press release. The event will be hosted by the journalist and RTVE presenter Ana Belén Roy.
