Fenugreek. What can it be used for?
Fenugreek can be used to care for acne and seborrheic skin. A properly prepared infusion soothes scalp irritations, strengthens, prevents hair loss and causes the so-called baby hair. Although fenugreek may have a strong scent, the finished mixture is slightly more delicate. You can also use it to make a facial cleansing tonic.
Fenugreek hair lotion. You can make it at home without any problems
To use fenugreek hair lotion, pour 3 tablespoons of ground seeds with 150 ml of water. Boil the liquid and wait about 30 minutes until it cools down. Rub the product into your hair, wrap the strands in food foil and wait for about 3 hours. Then wash them and repeat the action approximately every 7 days. After about 1 month you will notice that you are losing less hair. Store leftover fenugreek lotion in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 week. Fenugreek lotion may still have a strong smell, so it is best to make it when you do not intend to leave the house for a long time.
Fenugreek facial tonic. You only need two ingredients
To prepare fenugreek tonic, you only need 1 tablespoon of seeds and 3/4 cup of boiling water. Blend the seeds and pour boiling water over them. Infuse covered for 15 minutes. Wait until the product cools down and use it to wash your face. Don’t be afraid of the characteristic mucus secreted by fenugreek, as it has antiseptic properties. Store the tonic in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
