The premiere of “Roots of Evil” is scheduled for Friday, October 13. The film will be shown free of charge on YouTube. The premiere date is not accidental – the Sekielski family wanted to release the document before the parliamentary elections. Friday is the last day without electoral silence, which will start one minute after midnight from Friday to Saturday. It can be assumed that after the elections, the film will also be shown on TVN – the Sekielskis’ previous productions were broadcast on television after a few days.

“Many didn’t believe we would do it”

“Many advised us not to make this film. Many did not believe that we would make it. Many still claim that we were bribed,” the Sekielcy write in the trailer for “Roots of Evil”, which was released over a year and a half ago. So far, it has been viewed over 560,000 times on the Sekielski brothers’ channel. times.

In their film, the Sekielskis focus primarily on SKOK Wołomin, whose collapse led to thousands of people losing millions of zlotys. During the arrests of people involved in the scandal, connections with the authorities and references to political influence and contacts were revealed, including: with the Kaczyński family. In addition to the premiere of “Roots of Evil”, the filmmakers also announced a film about John Paul II. In the latter case, the release date is not yet known.
