The production will most likely eventually be broadcast on TVN – the previous two films, dealing with the topic of pedophilia in the church, were shown on the main TVN channel. Thanks to their popularity, the Sekielski family managed to raise funds through the Patronite website for subsequent productions – a film about fraud from credit unions and a film about the Pope, the premiere of which has already been announced for next year.
The film about SKOKs will try to show in a simple way the complicated process of extorting money, which was made possible by weak financial supervision over Savings and Credit Unions. The main character here is SKOK Wołomin, whose collapse led to thousands of people losing millions of zlotys. During the detention of people involved in the scandal, connections with the authorities and references to political influence and contacts came to light, including: with the Kaczyński family.
