Mishaps in live programs are quite common. Everyone slips the tongue or doesn’t remember some detail sometimes. Presenters of breakfast programs face a particularly difficult task, where the thematic range is so large and the pace of changes is fast that mistakes are easy to make.
Failure in “Good morning TVN”. Ewa Drzyzga tried to save the situation
Equally often, presenters are surprised by technical problems. The Sunday edition of “Good Morning TVN” was hosted by Ewa Drzyzga accompanied by Krzysztof Skórzyński. The duo appeared on the air recently when its previous hosts left the program. The on-screen couple talked to the volleyball players who recently qualified for the Olympic Games in Paris.
One of the elements of the program was showing a recording of sportswomen straight from their locker room. The volleyball players in the recording were happy with their victory and sang the song “Show me what you can do” by the group Feel. TVN wanted to surprise the girls, and the band’s leader, Piotr Kupicha, was soon to join the conversation. However, the plan failed.
“We are still a little short of perfection”
Krzysztof Skórzyński tried unsuccessfully to trigger a connection with Kupicha on the studio screen. Unfortunately, no one responded to the presenter’s greeting. Technical problems prevented the scenario from being carried out, and the confused presenters tried to save the situation. “The girls are still a little short of perfection. We have someone to learn from. We have champions,” Ewa Drzyzga summed up the event.
In turn, Skórzyński did not lose hope that he would be able to reunite with Kupicha. “Piotr wanted to greet you very much, because he is with you with all his heart, just like the whole of Poland,” the host of “Dzień Dobry TVN” said to the athletes. Ultimately, it was not possible to connect with the leader of Feel.
