Meanwhile, Charlotte Deering from Cheshire proves that an extremely colorful celebration can be organized “for pennies.” Together with his partner, they paid nearly PLN 2,000 for the ceremony and honeymoon. pounds (approx. Charlotte Deering decided to organize her dream celebration while spending as little money as possible. However, the woman was aware that it would require more work, but it did not bother her at all. The ceremony was inspired by “Alice in Wonderland” and dazzled all the gathered guests – so much so that most of them thought that the bride and groom spent a fortune on the party. – I love being frugal and showing people that you don’t have to spend thousands to have what you like. With a little extra work, this can be achieved without a huge price tag, the woman told the Daily Mail.

How to organize a wedding while spending as little money as possible?

In an interview with the British website, Charlotte Deering revealed several of her patents that made it much easier to cut costs planned for organizing a wedding. Above all: the woman bought some of the decorations for the party herself, for example teapots with the “Alice in Wonderland” motif. She looked for individual items in thrift stores. Thanks to this, the couple could decorate the premises rented for £100 themselves, according to their own taste.

The couple also saved money on printing official invitations – instead, the engaged couple created a Facebook group and posted the most important information there. Charlotte’s sister baked a Mad Hatter-themed cake, and her sister-in-law brought 100 cupcakes. The rest of the meals were prepared by the catering company. Food for 90 guests cost only £760. As if that wasn’t enough, the lovers spent £30 on wedding rings and about… £10 (approx. PLN 53) on Charlotte’s wedding dress. The woman bought it in a supermarket. The newlyweds will soon go on their honeymoon to Sand Le Mere in Yorkshire. Cost of the trip: £120.
